Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing or participating in Mom Wealth Reset ("Program"). By registering for the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Program Provider

Mom Wealth Reset is provided by Dinarii Financial Education Academy ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

2. Educational Purposes Only

Mom Wealth Reset is an educational program designed to provide financial education, guidance, resources, and support.

The information provided through the Program, including live sessions, recordings, community discussions, worksheets, emails, and other materials, is for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, tax, accounting, investment, or other professional advice.

You are solely responsible for your financial decisions, investment decisions, and the results of those decisions. We encourage you to consult qualified professionals regarding your specific situation.

3. No Guarantee of Results

Every participant's financial situation, effort, and circumstances are different.

While we strive to provide valuable education and support, we make no guarantees regarding any specific financial, investment, debt reduction, budgeting, or other results.

Any testimonials, examples, or success stories shared during the Program are examples only and should not be interpreted as guarantees of future results.

4. Participant Conduct

Participants agree to behave respectfully toward other members of the Program.

Harassment, abusive behavior, solicitation, promotion of unrelated products or services, or disruptive conduct may result in removal from the Program without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All Program materials, recordings, worksheets, presentations, templates, documents, videos, and content are the intellectual property of Dinarii Financial Education Academy.

Materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, shared, sold, recorded, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Program access is intended solely for the registered participant unless otherwise expressly permitted by the Company.

6. Recordings

Live sessions may be recorded and made available to participants.

By participating in live sessions, you consent to the possibility that your name, comments, questions, image, or voice may appear in recordings shared with other Program participants.

7. Refund & Transfer Policy

Because Mom Wealth Reset is a live, small-group program with limited enrollment, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

When you register for Mom Wealth Reset, a spot is reserved specifically for you. Due to the limited number of spaces available and the live nature of the Program, we are unable to offer refunds, credits, or partial refunds for any reason, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, personal circumstances, inability to attend live sessions, change of mind, or failure to participate.

If you are unable to attend after registering, you may request to transfer your enrollment to another individual by emailing info@dinarii.com. Any transfer request must be submitted no later than seven (7) calendar days before the Program start date and is subject to approval by Dinarii Financial Education Academy.

All Program sessions will be recorded and made available to registered participants. Failure to attend live sessions does not entitle participants to a refund, credit, or transfer beyond the terms stated above.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dinarii Financial Education Academy and Maya Corbic shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in the Program.

Your sole remedy for any claim relating to the Program shall be limited to the amount paid for the Program.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
